Welcome to this amazing Mid-century home available for the first time in 70 years only on Airbnb! The home was purchased from the original owner the Splane family built in 1955. In 2021 after purchase the home underwent an extensive two-year-long renovation to update but maintain the original charm. Located in the Harold Bell Wright Historic neighborhood one of Tucson's hidden gems. It has four bedrooms and two bath on a 1 acre private lot easily accommodate a group of 8! Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.
