Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private guests suite! We are the main residence of the property and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city. Just 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Great location! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax. Note, it's not a large space, you can see a top view of my space, with dimensions, in my pictures.

A compost toilet in a cedar lined outbuilding is 10 steps away, along with a barrel sauna, fire pit, and lounge area. There is a shower available right inside the main house from 7 am-9pm.

Spencer Lake, Phillips Lake, and Harstine Island boat launches are all within 10 minutes. We have 2 large ponds and a year round creek for you to meander and explore.

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

The home is located 11 miles/20 minutes east of Seattle Tacoma International Airport, 20 miles/30 minutes south of the Seattle waterfront and cruise docks, and 20 miles/30 minutes south of downtown Seattle. Super fun three bedroom-two bath daylight basement apartment with private entry & off-street parking.
