Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

An historic cottage reputedly designed by Edwin Lutyens, with open fields & woodland outside the gate. An ideal base for a family holiday, or a quiet relaxing break. Gardens front & rear, secluded patio with sun loungers. Lovely 20 min walk to Lymington high street, with its lovely Georgian buildings, pubs, shops & restaurants. Good local pub. Free parking on quiet road outside the cottages. Fast Wi-Fi & Netflix TV. High quality linen and towels provided. Large walk-in shower. Min 5 nights.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.
