Swanage Sea View for Two

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a new fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV

The Red Train Carriage

The Red Train Carriage is a special place to stay next to the train tracks of The Swanage Railway. We believe it was built in about 1858 for GER as a 2nd class passenger carriage. It was just a shell when we got it, with it's original walls, doors, ceiling and floor, but the seating had been removed. There was only a few clues about its history in some of the doors and windows. We have saved as much of the original carriage as possible whilst making it a comfortable place to stay for a week.

A purpose built, fully equipped home from home, providing all you need for a relaxing holiday or short break. It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

There is: a living room with sofas, smart TV and eating area; pretty bedroom with oak double bed and wardrobe; simple fitted kitchen with gas oven & hob, microwave, toaster and refrigerator; a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and w.c. Attic style rooms on the second floor so visitors do need to be fairly fit. Shared use of garden. Free parking in the road. A decorated seasonal Christmas tree is provided.

Please note, the guests are advised to bring their own towels.
