One bedroom opens out to a private deck/ outdoor spa bath, with the other room opening out to an outdoor shower entertainig area. It has a woodfire that heats up the whole place in winter as well as AC unit/ceiling fans for summer days. The kitchen/lounge floor plan opens out to huge deck via bifold doors. Located 15mins walk from front and back beach.

Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast provided. Private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.
