The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Está a un corto paseo del casco antiguo (10-15 min a pie), la playa más cercana Bellevue está a 400 m (7-10 min a pie), puerto, estaciones de autobús, tiendas (supermercado Konzum a 100 m, Pemo a 200 m, Tomy a 300m), gasolinera INA a 50m, mercado verde, restaurantes o fácil acceso a las playas y otras atracciones escénicas. We recently moved from this lovely space to a family house and now we've refurbished the place and we're renting it again. We updated our old Airbnb page, hence the reviews 7 years old :) Located at center of Lapad quarter, 5 min from Sunset Beach and other beaches. Spacious living room/bedroom, both with A/C. Comfortable bed. Fast WIFI. Terrace. OLD TOWN 12 MIN BY BUS. Bus stop at 2 mins. Promenade full of cafes/restaurants 1min away. Supermarket just accross the street.
