The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
