Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

The Old Dairy is a conversion / re-build of Lockhurst Hatch Farm's original milking parlour. Newly completed in 2018, it's set just off the farm-yard and has a beautiful wooded aspect to the rear. Meticulous attention to detail to create a contemporary living space that still retains its rustic imprint. Two bedrooms - one double and either one super king size bed OR two single (twin) beds sleeping up to 4 guests.
