U blizini ACI marina, nogometno igralište, škola, plaža udaljena 200 metara. Mogućnost korištenja roštilja na vanjskoj terasi. Apartmani su sa pogledom na more i iz spavaćih soba i iz boravka. Svaka soba ima vlastiti balkon i vlastitu kupaonicu. Boravak uključujući kuhinju stol za objed i terasu sa pogledom na more. Kućni ljubimci dozvoljeni uz dodatnu nadoplatu.

Apartment Oliver - Selce, first row to the sea

Apartment is located on the ground floor in the first row to the sea. It has two rooms with double beds, bathroom, kitchen + living room and large terrace. It's completely new and fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor pool (both food and pool for reasonable price - not included in the price of the apartment).

Dear guests! We have just finished the complete renovation of our apartment that we've started in autumn 2021st. We hope that you will enjoy it even more than before. All of you who come to visit us in May or in September, we shall take on a gratis boat excursion to see beautiful Rab beaches. Our apartment is cosy, and close to sandy beach. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and living room, bathroom, balcony and terrace where is also a dining table. Welcome!

We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

This property is 6 minutes walk from the beach. Featuring a heated outdoor swimming pool and sea views.The apartments and rooms all come with air conditioning. Villa Cala offers unique accomodation with several pools to use. Villa Cala pool is included in the accomodation price, but also, in collaboration with neighbouring Hotel OLEA, our guests can use Hotel OLEA pools which is extra charged (16,00 eur per person). The appartment is equipped with kitchen, additional toilet, smart TV, air conditionig, free Wi-Fi, sea view terrace or balcony.
