Echo speaker for music and to control temperature. Access to washer/dryer and backyard. Basement apt, does not have a kitchen, but includes mini fridge & microwave.

Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Nestled in the heart of the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, this beautifully renovated carriage house is the perfect home base for your Washington DC adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware and the bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the bathroom has a full washer and dryer. A short walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and quick walk to Metro make getting around easy!

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.
