Despite the tranquil setting, you’re just minutes from Downtown Parker, with its great restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and local shops. You’ll also be a short drive from Sky Ridge Hospital and have quick access to I‑25, making it easy to reach Denver, Castle Rock, and the mountains.

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Suburban Denver metro townhome in excellent location; a short drive to Denver Tech Center (5 miles), downtown (18 miles), Anschutz Medical Center (and Children's Hospital: 8 miles) and Denver International Airport (20 miles). If visit is for Children's Hospital treatment, please inform me and I'll happily apply a discount. The home comfortably sleeps 2-4 people. Enjoy the comforts of home for the price of a hotel room. The space is ideal for the business travelers or family.

There’s a great private patio with grill and seating if you’d like to do some outdoor cooking. 20 minutes to downtown Denver and 30 minutes to the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

This studio is perfect for a short getaway. Located in a very safe and convenient area. King size bed with top quality bedding sets. Soft towels and toilet paper like you would use at home. It also comes with a small table w/ chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and patio areas. HOA doesn’t allow oversized vehicles, trailers or RVs in the lot. This unit isn’t suitable for children. Accommodates up to 2 adults only.
