Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Our two bedroom house is the perfect spot for one or two couples traveling with a one Queen and one King bedroom with tall ceilings making it feel very spacious! We have a brand new four person hot tub in our fully fenced in backyard which makes it very private. We also have a four seater wood burning fire pit and a lounge area under a Gazebo. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

The Veranda

The Veranda is located in a historic neighborhood of Louisville, close to everything you'll want to experience while visiting our great city. Our home is only EIGHT MILES FROM CHURCHILL DOWNS, two miles from Louisville's downtown entertainment district, which includes the Waterfront Park, Slugger Museum, Kentucky Center for the Arts, the Yum Center, and a large selection of local cafes, breweries and restaurants.

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....
