Linnet Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Tichbornes Farm set in the beautiful countryside of the Pewsey Vale in the village of Etchilhampton. Fully equipped with a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this spacious, modern four star holiday cottage with Wi-Fi is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun! The 4th bed is a single folding bed or a travel cot, available for a small extra charge. Please let us know if these are required when making your booking. Cleaning charges included.

Deer Barn -Luxury Barn Conversion, Private Garden!

Wake up to birdsong and peaceful countryside views at Deer Barn, a luxury stable conversion on our family farm beside the Kennet & Avon Canal. Spend slow mornings in your private south-facing garden, wander the canal towpath, explore independent cafes and shops, then return for an evening stargazing beside the BBQ fire pit. Sink into the sofa with a good book and switch off from everyday life (Starlink internet if you want to stay connected!). Dog friendly. Independent and working with wildlife!

Free parking immediately outside the door. 4mins from Pewsey station (London 1 hr) but surrounded by picturesque walks and cycle routes in the North Wessex Downs and Savernake Forest. A cosy getaway for two in the heart of Wiltshire countryside. The Garden Room is nestled in the private garden of our traditional thatched cottage in the hamlet of West Stowell. The studio offers a comfy double bed, loveseat sofa & kitchenette with bistro table. Many famous sights within driving distance including Bath, Marlborough, Salisbury & Avebury – and many fabulous walks in the surrounding area. Parking available, well behaved dogs welcome (garden not dogproof), use of BBQ on request.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

This studio loft has been recently refurbished with a stylish yet cosy feel. A perfect retreat with lots of creature comforts to make it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or a romantic getaway. Although attached to our house it is completely self contained with a separate entrance and ample parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on leads. We have a secure location available for bicycles.
