This impressive property was recently renovated, offering a brand-new interior throughout. The open floor plan features a large and inviting living space with new wood laminate flooring. Beautiful quartz countertops and new cabinets complete the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to cook while you’re on vacation. From stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) to brand new dishes, silverware, and cookware, you’ll feel right at home in your vacation kitchen. We invite you to help yourself to anything in the pantry or fridge, including plenty of condiments, coffee, and tea. The two main bathrooms have been expanded to include double vanities so you have plenty of space to get ready. The powder room has fun mosaic tile and is conveniently located right inside the door from the pool for easy access when you’re enjoying the backyard. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer so you have everything you need within reach. This house has all new furniture, including a brand new sofa sectional sleeper sofa, comfortable brand new tuft and needle mattresses in all 4 bedrooms, and smart TVs. If you need to do laundry, you’ll appreciate the LG front loading washer and dryer (and detergent) in the laundry room. Our home is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a beautiful backyard, you’ll enjoy the large swimming pool, chaise lounge chairs, a new grill, outdoor couch, umbrella, and an outdoor dining table and benches. There is a two car garage available for you to park your car or rental. Grab a new JUMP bike by UBER for nearby trails or take for a quick ride to a spring training game. Off grid on a full solar system and water well, the home also provides high speed wifi, state of the art cooling and heating systems on a smart NEST thermostat, flatscreen tv with Netflix, Amazon etc, new top of the line oven / stovetop, vintage sound system with Bluetooth capabilities, keyless door entry etc. Guests have access to the entire house and property, including the wood burning stove (eucalyptus firewood is provided at all times free of cost), cowboy wood burning hot tub / cool dipping pool, grand piano, native cactus garden, fire pit, outdoor banquet dining table, hammock, alkaline drinking water, and some of the best hiking in the area right out the back door. The house and property are also right off of Pioneertown Road, with no long rough dirt roads to navigate and beat your car up on. The ranch was built and owned by Julian Pinder, who has lived in the area for years. Rent from locals, not out-of-town investors! Entire house and property, as well as endless hiking and adventuring right behind the house on thousands of acres of stunning Wildlands Conservancy land, no tourists or park fees to deal with, just old fashioned exploring! Pioneertown was built in the late 40's as a functioning movie set by Roy Rogers and the Sons of Pioneers; hundreds of Westerns have been shot here. Unfortunately you'll need a vehicle out here, it's rural! *There's a very strict maximum of 4 guests in the house as the solar and septic system cannot handle any more than that.

Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby.
