Perfect for couples or groups of all sizes. This private poolside retreat allows you to relax and enjoy your time together. Note: During fall/winter 2025, the grass will be undergoing maintenance to prepare it for spring. Other than that, the home is a wonderful living space. Fresh new look with new flooring throughout the house, new linens and furniture! A Ping Ping Table in the garage adds to the fun during your stay. Oh and a Pool! Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Quaint little two bedroom two bath guest house that was remodeled 6 years ago. We moved into guest house as we renovated are 100 year farm house. It left us with a great guest house. . Hughson is less than 20 minutes from 4 hospitals. We are an outgoing family of 5 with 3 kids aging 20to 14. We love to be outside & are very social.
