Das in Holzbauweise neu gebaute Chalet wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im März 2024 fertiggestellt. Es wurde im modernen Stil errichtet und erfüllt höchste energetische Anforderungen. Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. Innen können Sie es sich mit dem Holzofen und der eigenen Sauna (kostenfrei) gemütlich machen . Der Nationalparkradweg wunderschöne Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Apartmány se nachází na Šumavě v klidné lokalitě na okraji horské vesničky Stachy u lesa ve výšce 780 m n.m. Leží na slunném svahu, vzdáleny jen 5 km od lyžařského střediska Zadov – Churáňov. Nabízí nádherné výhledy do okolí a obrovskou zahradu, která je odděluje od okolí a zajištuje tak soukromí.
