Historic Stone Studio in the Center of Split

Studio has large kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and large fridge with deep freeze. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer. Guests also have large Smart TV, free WiFi, digital receiver and Netflix. You can relax on a small terrace in front of the studio. Guests use the keypad on the side door to enter the studio. Prior to arrival, we will send you the code to open the door. Studio is located 500 m from UNESCO - protected Diocletian's Palace, St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil and sandy beach Bacvice. You can enjoy a simple stroll through the famous promenade Riva Split or visit Marjan Forest Park which offers pleasant walks under the pines by the sea. If you are more adventurous, ideal one day trip can be Omis, the river Cetina which offers many activities such as rafting, horseback riding and canoeing. Bus station and ferry are 5 minutes away on foot . Studio is 200 m away from restaurants, supermarkets and famous market Pazar with home-made products. In case you want to run from city noise you can make one day trip or excursion to islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis by ferry or speed boat which can be organized by the host. Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
