Although close to boulevards, the area is quiet, away from the busy roads. Take the advantage of the proximity of the main bus terminal and railway station, lots of shops, restaurants of numerous cuisines, wide sidewalks, parks. Enjoy picturesque panorama view of the entire city and mountain. The city center is just 15 minutes on foot.

APARTMENT UNDER THE CLOCK

A modern studio apartment is under the walls of the Petrovaradin fortress where the EXIT festival is held. Just 50 meters to the Danube river. Very easy to walk to all the sightseeing spots in the city center. Only 20 meters of the apartment street are stairs that climb to the Petrovaradin Fortress. From the fortress you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of Novi Sad, visit many art workshops and refresh yourself in the restaurant and cafe on the terrace. Promenade by the Danube.

Entire house on the Danube river

Entire house for rent in a magical location - right on the Danube River, with a view of Petrovaradin fortress! It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). The house is also ideal for rent during the Exit festival.

The apartment is located in the part of the city called Old Town, 600m from the city center. Just 7 minutes away from monuments that are located in the heart of the city, and just a few steps from the biggest shopping center "Promenada", and the biggest sport center "Spens". The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. All the main events in the city are just a few moments away from the apartment. Unfortunately there is no elevator. WELCOME

Luxury designed 2-bedroom / free parking / 70sqm

Advantages we like to put out is that is really spacious, even for groups of four, it is in really nice neighborhood, parking is free and its not far from center, 15-20min walk or 5min (10€ cab) ride. We are trying to keep status of superhosts and its really not hard job knowing you are making your guests happier with what you do. So I would encourage potential guests to read reviews of former ones and decide on their own.
