We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and NO children under 12 years old, the primary renter must be 21 yrs. old or older. this is not a party house or Gathering place for none signed in renters and their friends.

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.
