From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Stay in our lovely self contained Annex in the lovely village of Newton Ferrers. Own entrance away from our accommodation. We leave cereal, Milk & Juice. There is a fridge/ kettle/ microwave. Local pubs within walking distance. Lovely walks to the harbour. (Please note bathroom is downstairs from bedroom.) No Smoking or Vaping on the premises. Please note there is no WI FI within the annex.
