Walk to South Congress from a Hip Travis Heights Cottage

Location: Nestled under beautiful Live Oak trees, walk 10 min (0.5 miles) to the entrance to the Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk, walk 12 min (0.7 miles) to the best part of South Congress, walk 29 min (1.5 miles) to downtown. Sleeping: Enjoy linen Restoration Hardware sheets on our comfortable Queen sized bed. For a party of three, a self inflating air mattress is provided. Kitchen: Coffee and some local beer await you in the full kitchen. If you feel like staying in to cook, we have a selection of pots and pans for cooking on the stove/oven. Anything else you need, we would be happy to provide as we live in the front house on the property. Space: The Oasis faces the alley on the back of our property, allowing you to come and go at your leisure. We are happy for you to enjoy the backyard, as long as you don't mind occasionally sharing the space with us and/or our standard poodle Obi. If you are not into dogs, we are happy to only let him out in the front yard, just let us know. Also, we primarily hang out in the front yard, so it is likely that you will not have to share the yard. :) We will interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. We have both lived here for quite some time now so would love to give recommendations if you're interested! :) This studio is in the heart of Travis Heights, the most charming, historic, and well-located neighborhood in the city. Experience authentic Austin by winding through large oaks to the bars, restaurants, and shops that line South Congress.

Travis Treehouse

Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Come perch in our sunny, spacious studio high in the trees. The Wren's Nest is just a bird walk away from all that S. Congress & S. 1st have to offer: music & dancing, tacos & BBQ, art & shopping. We are not corporately owned and will respond quickly to any queries. Perfect and private for two. We take special pride in keeping the Nest sparkling clean. Our "No Pets" policy insures a pet dander-free space in consideration of guests with allergies. Therefore, our space is not suitable for ESAs.

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

The Backyard Airstream

It is free standing studio (no shared walls), boasting a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, a full (nicely updated!) bathroom, and your own private front door entry with a keypad. The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

1 Bed Guest house in back of Main House that provides a perfect location for couples. Located in a historic neighborhood, Travis Heights, that is off of a quiet street and 3 blocks off of South Congress (near Torchys). The guest house has an open floor plan with stained concrete floors, full bath and a kitchenette. Dogs are welcome. There is a gated back yard for your dogs to run around and a park down the street. New queen size mattress. Pool available for adults upon request

Casita Encantadora: Entrada Privada y Cocina

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

Catalina Guesthouse w/ Hot Tub and Pool

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
