Get ready for a perfect summer (or winter)escape! This charming, renovated home is just 200 meters from the beach and yacht club — an easy 5-minute walk with a safe crossing at the lights.SWIM,GOLF,WINE & DINE. The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. Inside, you'll find modern amenities including 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. The secure garden is a little oasis for relaxation and, by arrangement, a safe space for non-shedding dogs to enjoy the holiday too.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!
