Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. En effet Avignon centre se situe à 12 min en voiture (5min avec la navette ferroviaire), 10 min des parcs de loisirs Spirou et Wave. Visitez dans un rayon de 30 km tout ce qui fait l'attractivité de notre région (Gordes, les baux de Provence, le pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, le Mont Ventoux, fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine et les innombrables, villages touristiques)

Au RdC 1 Séjour/Salon avec 1 canapé lit de 2 places, 1 cuisine équipée, 1 Wc; A l'étage 1 chambre parentale avec lit de 160 et 1 douche à l'Italienne. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

Independent apartment on the ground floor of an old sheepfold in the Luberon. Romantic garden and large swimming pool. A simple, yet very comfortable retreat in the countryside, only a 10 minutes walk to the village of Ménerbes (classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France"). Ideal for people who wish to discover the beauty and diversity of the Luberon region with all its hiking trails, perched villages, markets and art and music events. Dogs are welcome (20 € fee per stay).

Nous sommes situés au cœur d'un quartier calme, non loin du centre-ville de Sorgues et ses commerces, à proximité des routes touristiques de Provence.

La Bastide des Amandiers aux portes du Luberon !

La Bastide des Amandiers vous accueille dans L' Appart, un joli gîte pour 2 personnes (37m2), situé à l'étage du corps principal avec une entrée extérieur indépendante. Vous aurez également à votre disposition une petite cuisine d'été privée dans le jardin ainsi que deux bains de soleil. Nous avons deux autres gîtes dans notre propriété où nous recevons des personnes en recherche de calme et de sérénité. Aucun transat n'est installé autour afin préserver l'intimité de chacun.

Studio indépendant + parking

Mitoyen de la villa où nous vivons, vous profiterez de l'entrée et la vue sur les oliviers coté nord, tandis que nous donnons coté sud et piscine. Vous disposerez d'un logement climatisé avec cuisine équipée, grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, une chambre ouverte avec rangements, et de la terrasse ombragée réservée pour le studio. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région, vous pourrez accéder à la piscine (l'été), profiter du jardin et y garer votre véhicule.

Le parking public gratuit est à une minute, juste en face du café Le Goultois.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
