We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. You receive 2 bags of logs when you arrive / additional bags are £7.50/bag Tucked into the hedgerows the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Exmoor National Park as you sip a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz.

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The site is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, walkers, or those who wish to enjoy and explore the Mendips, the Somerset Levels, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and more. Wrens House is a shepherds hut nestled in the Alham Valley, an area of re-wilding close to the fashionable towns of Bruton and Frome. We have an outdoor bath so what better way to cool down and relax. Included in your stay is our delicious breakfast. Want a place you can get back to nature?
