It includes private parking area.Inside the yard is a 34m square swimming pool,exclusively for the guests of the house, with an arranged area for sunbathing. Also, guests can use two private tennis courts. Additionally, our guests can relax in outside area that includes concrete barbeque area. House is located 15km from Krka Waterfalls and 30km from city of Sibenik.
