Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

Tucked away in a quiet woodland clearing on our picturesque Cumbrian Farm, this luxury shepherd's hut offers a tranquil escape into nature. Once a fisherman’s cottage, Chestnut Cottage is a charming character filled one bedroom cosy cottage. It offers a log burner, private hot tub with views over Morecambe Bay where you can enjoy starry skies on a clear night or watch the world go by from the front porch and patio. Chestnut Cottage is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grange Over Sands with lovely walks to the nearby promenade and just 8 mins drive to the picturesque village of Cartmel. The living area adjoins the diner with two oversized sofa's and 65" smart Samsung TV and soundbar. Sleep soundly in hotel quality king size beds with ample fitted wardrobes. Plus a 2nd TV snug , sun room and large roof terrace.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

We are spoilt with the amount of restaurants/country pubs which all serve amazing food

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
