Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

Seven minute drive to downtown Historic Silver City. In Silver City there’s Boston Hill hiking paths and hiking at Gomez Peak. Coffee shops, boutiques, new and reused furniture, army surplus, food coop, thrift stores, museums, herb store, art galleries, Gila National Forest, Leopold Wilderness, CDT, festivals and more, Too much to list.

This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on over an acre in a quiet and secluded subdivision close to town. Enjoy tranquil mornings and stunning sunsets on the back porch while grilling up a wonderful dinner. Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. High speed internet, Comcast cable, 70 inch TV, well equipped kitchen, and two car garage.

This humble home is a classic adobe with brick floors throughout. A passive solar wall of windows provides amazing light and warmth throughout the day in the main room. Located 15 minutes from downtown Silver City, enjoy peace & quiet with a view of the Burro Mountains, while just minutes from town. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the porch as you ease into your day, or drinks as your watch the sunset over tbe mountains. We do allow well behaved dogs, we don't currently allow cats to stay.

Comfy King bed, full kitchen, and a covered porch with views of horse pastures and beautiful mature trees that grow along Sapillo Creek (runs through the property). See creek crossing note... may need 4WD. Backs up to millions of acres of public land to hike or ride for hours. Surrounded by wildlife, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, deer, and more. Quiet cozy retreat a walk from downtown w/ parking

Explore Silver City and surrounding areas from this traditional adobe casita in the historic district. Small but private, this spot is sure to bring you the relaxation you've been craving. Enjoy a brand new Casper queen bed, 55" TV, and deck, and private parking. Only a 5 minute walk from downtown Silver City. The casita is located on the back of a larger property with shade trees next to long term residents. The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and welcome the same from any AirBnB guest.

A monitor, printer, mouse and keyboard (USB & HDMI Connectors) are available for your use. A railing has just been added for the walk up from the parking spot to your Casita.

Our stone home on 5 acres (the 1st acre surrounding the house is fenced) is a quiet gated retreat at the very end of a gravel road. The living space is spacious and comfortable w wood burning stove. Wifi, Roku TV. Large kitchen with dining area. Two bedrooms with queen beds + single day bed in living area. Full laundry. Covered pergola off of kitchen w outdoor fire pit, swing, patio furniture, picnic table & twinkle lights for nightime ambience. Central air.

Casita in Silver City's Historic Downtown

Our Casita is located in Silver City's historic downtown district. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, artisan shops, bike rentals, Western New Mexico University, and hiking trails. The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

Cozy Cottage

Cozy cottage: a vintage home with lush furnishings. Original architectural details such as phone nook, cast iron soaking tub, coved ceilings, combine with modern amenities including a leather sofa, decorative gas flame stove and a fully appointed cook's kitchen complete with upgraded gas range and dish washer. Located in the historic district a 5 minute walk to downtown.

The Swan st Cottage

Our quaint, simple little place is located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our family’s first home for 10+ years. Local Artists sell their Art in the home. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.

Pinos Altos Cottage on Cont Divide

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $20 per night pet fee ($100 weekly) payable during stay.
