Our quaint, simple little place is located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our family’s first home for 10+ years. Local Artists sell their Art in the home. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Our peaceful, cozy, little house (casita) is located a mile up the hill from Silver City’s restaurants, coffeehouses, brewery and galleries. At the base of Boston Hill (a mile square conservation land with beautiful trails and views, we’re a short walk away from WNMU and it’s Mimbres pottery museum and saltwater pool.
