This luxurious detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & boasts a roaring wood burner (perfect for those snuggly winter evenings), private drive & free parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Welcome to Seaview! Our family have owned this wonderful apartment for over 30 years, our second home by the sea. We hope that you love it as much as we do! The apartment is spacious and light; a perfect place to relax and watch the world go by after exploring all that Sidmouth has to offer. You'll find a lounge and dining area with wonderful views out to the sea, a balcony, two large bedrooms with comfy beds, a modern bathroom and a fantastic, newly fitted kitchen.

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

The Hut is finished to the highest standard set in its own private ground with private garden, private access and parking. The Little Hut, a covered outdoor space, has far reaching views of the surrounding countryside to enjoy until the sun goes down.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront

Pretty cottage for quiet getaway

Relax and unwind in the beautiful Devon countryside. By the Way cottage is in a small rural hamlet next to a nature reserve which has nesting Dartford Warblers. Beautiful seaside places are easily accessible; Sidmouth 5mls, Budleigh Salterton 6mls, Beer, Branscombe and Exmouth 10 mls. It's very quiet and the skies are dark at night.
