Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. VALID PHOTO ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Mann Lake Cottage Year-Round Private Pet friendly

Year-Round, pet friendly, private, relaxing. Country setting where privacy abounds. 156 acres of Mid Michigan Country with a 10 acre privately [FAMILY] owned lake. Great swimming, fishing/ice fishing, snorkeling, hiking. Perfect for a couple families. The kids will never be bored. Many extras. Derby Lake provides plenty of entertainment whether it be fishing, boating or swimming. This home has a private dock and 75 feet of sandy waterfront property!

Tree Vistas Treehouse in Ionia Michigan

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Back Turk Bungalow on private lake!

Welcome to Back Turk Lake -- located ten minutes north of Greenville! Enjoy Michigan summers in this updated two bedroom cottage. On this private, all-sports lake, outside watercrafts are not allowed per county guidelines but we offer two kayaks for use during your stay. A/C is available from Memorial Day through September. Grand Rapids is within an hour’s drive — with museums, Frederick Meijer Gardens , and activities such as ax throwing and Fowling.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse that also includes a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through October (weather permitting). Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature's sights & sounds.
