Explore the lake with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards available to you or bring your own boat, the public boat launch is across from our front dock! When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Historic Schoolhouse c1866 / Sauna + Hot Tub + Gym

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

A close drive to Kennebunkport where your find beach’s , shops and restaurants galore. The cottage has 2 kayaks and a canoe for use during your stay. There are 2 Smart TVs for streaming. Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Unobstructed water view, a 1 block walk to Huot's restaurant & bar, the neighborhood beach, and a buzzing marina with wave runners and sailing trips are at your disposal. Old Orchard Beach & solid restaurant options are within 5-10 min drive.

Garrison Cove Studio

Rare, Portland waterfront studio located in the heart of the historic Stroudwater neighborhood, awaits one or two guests looking for an urban hideaway. The newly created studio occupies a 150 year old post and beam barn situated on the banks of the Stroudwater and Fore Rivers. Enjoy morning coffee on the river swing, meditate to the soothing sound of the nearby waterfall or linger over your favorite glass of wine under the splendid backyard grape arbor.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
