This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Atchley Hill Farm

This is a quiet off the beaten path house with a gorgeous farm setting. In The Urban Wilderness/mountain biking & hiking trails are accessible from the property (down the road a bit). Suttree's Landing has a great playground and river access for paddling enthusiasts and kid fun. Vol fans: 10 minute drive to campus. Also, several great breweries, retail shops, and restaurants are nearby. Pigeon Forge/Dollywood is a 30-45 minute drive and Gatlinburg is @ an hour.
