Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Hall Garth Cottage, Clapham, 4 beds, dog friendly

Centrally located in the delightful village of Clapham. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting/dining area with sofa bed and a kitchen, upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds if required), a toilet, shower room with basin, there is another shower room & basin (no toilet) en-suite off the main bedroom. The cottage has its own fast B4RN broadband connection and is equipped with a washer/dryer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, 2 TV's one in bedroom, toiletries.

Situated on the border of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, the cottage is perfectly located to explore the lakes and yorkshire dales, or to simply relax. Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

It is quietly tucked away just outside the delightful village of Ingleton so just a short walk away from all the local attractions that Ingleton has to offer such as Ingleton caves and the famous waterfall trail. It is also ideally located for a whole host of walking trails amongst the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

‘The Nook’ & Hot Tub - Hebden Bridge

A cute little attached cottage in the heart of hebden bridge. The space consists of the original servants entrance and kitchen, cold store and garden for the main house, Thorn bank house. The space which we’ve named ‘The Nook’ has a newly renovated living space, which is warm, contemporary and light with everything you need for a cosy stay. You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
