The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one a double bunk bed and single above, plus comfy lounge & large TV.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

Mill House Annex, Oldstead

This bolthole has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard throughout, providing guests with a comfortable and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and a sperate bath and shower. The living room has a cosy log fire and large dining table. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and second bedroom is a twin room Sofa bed available (please note extra £30pp) A travel cot is available if needed (bedding available upon request) Complimentary toiletries.
