Stay in our fully equipped 1920's bungalow. Seminole Heights is a charming neighborhood with many independent breweries/bars/and restaurants within walking distance...or you could sit back on the front porch and relax. Our house is centrally located to many of Tampa's attractions such as Busch Gardens, USF, Downtown, Tampa General Hospital, and Tampa International Airport. While it is possible to get around Tampa without a car, UBER or a rental car is suggested. The bus service is not quick.

I love the atmosphere in my neighborhood; you will find local & specialty stores (bakeries, vintage clothes, vinyl records, breweries), mix of cultures, the architectural style of the old city and a central location.

Welcome to my little cottage in the city. The house was built in 1926 but has been fully remodeled with modern style, while keeping the charm of an older home. Even though it's close to everything Tampa has to offer, it still has the feeling of that little, quiet neighborhood near the river. This is my get away home. I love the front porch to sit on with a cold beverage and watch neighbors stroll by walking their dogs. The river park is very close by which is a nice walk from the cottage.
