Only 3 min walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants & cafe and 5 min walk to an outdoor swimming pool with hot tubs and sauna. 10 min walk from the nature reserve Grótta - a haven of nature and birdlife. It takes 5 min to drive to Downtown Reykjavík & Grandi harbour area and about 20 min if you choose to walk. The Bus stop is right outside our home.

The house has everything you need for a family stay. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Seltjarnarnes. Location is still only a few minutes drive from downtown but without the buzz of the city. The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.
