All within minutes from here by your car as public transportation is limited. No drugs or weapons. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. No smoking allowed on property or in Suite. No pornorgraphic, racist or sexually explicit use of Host's personal wifi will be permitted. Near trails, groceries & Restaurants. Not a party house. No children or pets. Quiet space. Pool perfect in summer, not heated for winter.
