The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Even though the property is only a few minutes off I-75, you'll feel like you're in another world. Only 15 minutes from Saginaw Bay.

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.
