Capitola Village is one of the most charming beach towns on the California coast and we are happy to put you right in the heart of it in great accommodations. You are a short walk or bike ride from the beach, bike and surf board rentals, many excellent restaurants and shops.

This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. The Studio is brand new. It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

Carmel Guesthouse. Perfect.

Our peaceful treehouse is the ideal spot to relax while staying in beautiful Carmel. It is close to everything : white sand beaches, downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, the Carmel Mission...Carmel Valley, Monterey and beautiful Big Sur.... Also short walk to 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS (just far enough away so we don't hear the noise). We are unable to host assistance animals due to being highly allergic to pet dander and this causes my immune system to be compromised.

The kitchen has electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a pull out double bed in the living room.
