Apartamento independiente de un dormitorio. Estilo fresco y contemporáneo, wifi gratuito, Netflix, TV. Cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, placa de gas y horno. Se proporcionan toallas y sábanas. Ducha de presión de red. Se admiten mascotas, pequeño patio vallado, justo enfrente del parque Doon St Park. Adecuado para perros pequeños. A 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad y St. Clair. Probablemente más adecuado para huéspedes con coche, aunque hay una ruta de autobús cerca. Situado en una calle tranquila. Aparcamiento abundante en la calle.

Ubicada en la ladera de una colina, tiene vista al mar, lo que la convierte en el lugar perfecto para desconectarte, recargar energías y disfrutar de la belleza de la naturaleza. Da la bienvenida a Paruru, nuestro nuevo estudio. Un lugar de ensueño, a solo cinco minutos a pie de St Clair Beach y su vibrante escena de cafeterías. A poca distancia a pie de las paradas de autobús si asistes a un concierto en el estadio. Nuestro estudio cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para una escapada en pareja. Brighton Beach Bach

Perfect little get away pad in Brighton for two. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple or two friends . A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available to use. Pets welcome but tell us first please

Scandinavian-style modern rural barn getaway

Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

You will love our warm sunny quiet unit it has a kitchenette with cooking facilities, with two bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other has two singles. Lovely comfy lounge with a 50 inch TV. Your perfect home away from home. 15 mins to the Dunedin CBD, 20 mins to the airport and 5 mins to the Green Island supermarket, Cafe’s and amenities. 5 mins in the other direction is the popular Brighton Café and convenience store. Brighton also boasts a wonderful, safe swimming and surfing beach.

Bungalow by the Sea

Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes.Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day. The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. The bungalow is pet friendly- please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required as is respect for our furniture and linen.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Located less than a 5 min drive to Dunedin’s iconic Tunnel beach, where you can explore rocky coastlines and a hand carved rock tunnel. Breakfast included, consists of freshly homemade bread, a selection of spreads, muesli, fruit, yogurt and hot drinks.
