In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. The house offers an insight into how the people of Füssen have lived over the centuries. Once a Lederhosenshop now a family home.

Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Baden, Skifahren, Wandern, Radfahren. Pool und Sauna sind über einen Kellergang zu erreichen sind. Auf der Außenanlage gibt es Grillplatz, Tennisplatz, Minigolfanlage. Wichtig: Im Nov haben Pool & große Sauna wg. Wartung ab ca. 5.11. geschlossen. Die kleine Sauna (bis 4 Personen) bleibt geöffnet.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Morgens kann man auf der Terasse mit Bergblick seinen Kaffee genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man mehrere kleine Wanderungen starten (z.B. zur Burgruine oder zum Faulensee), ansonsten ist man natürlich auch schnell in den Bergen.
