Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Get away at Treetops cabin in the woods. Enjoy the view of the sparkling lake from the top deck. Relax at the beach just a few steps from the walk out basement. The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

Unparalleled privacy on this secluded 1000-acre parcel of land surrounded by the Manistee National Forest. Property includes natural springs, trout streams, and a 50-acre private lake with Bass, Pike, panfish, and more. Fishing boats are provided for your use. Maple Ridge Cabin is on the shore of the pristine Little Sauble Lake. This newly remodeled three-bedroom cabin sits in the cool shade of White Pines overlooking the lake, and comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen, a full, and 2 twins.

There are many nearby lakes & rivers to explore and enjoy, including the Big Sable River off the back deck of the cottage. The North Country Trail is a half mile down the road for a close place to take an adventure.

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Up North Cabin in the Village at Crystal Mountain

Cozy Log cabin on the 8th green of the Betsie Valley golf course in the Village of Crystal Mountain. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Historic Frankfort, Arcadia Bluffs and Little River Casino all within a 30 minute drive. Must be over 25 years of age to rent. We wash all bedding and towels with Lysol laundry soap. We clean all bathrooms and kitchens with Lysol. We also spray all remotes, light switches and door handles, to ensure all surfaces are clean and germ free.

The Loony Place Cottage

Newly constructed, delightful cottage on an all sports lake! Nestled on this sandy lakefront, of Loon Lake, is this family friendly retreat. Rest and relax in your home while swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Close to the Manistee National Forest, there are many other activities to enjoy, including the North country trail. Within walking distance to two restaurants and a convenience store. Also if wanting to venture out, Manistee and Ludington are 32 miles away, Traverse city 60 miles.
