The Farmhouse @ 10 Park Place

Welcome to The Farmhouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV or a good book. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. All of the downtown amenities are only a short stroll away.

Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. This second-floor apartment features beautiful marble fireplace, plenty of natural light, peaceful stay. The river view is accessible behind the building. The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. There are seven other units available in the building for a larger party. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

Second floor walk up, modern apartment . Comfortable for one or two persons with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and an open floor plan. Apartment is above home owner's garage. Renter and homeowner share the entrance from the driveway, then each has a separate locked entrance to respective dwellings. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

This is a fantastic location for enjoying all Saratoga Springs has to offer. Easily walk downtown to all the shops/restaurants or walk the Railroad Run trail directly into SPAC and the state park.
