Only 25 minutes from the SD airport and beaches. Minutes away from 2 local wineries and casinos. House sleeps 6 but you can invite guests up for the day for a fee. It's attached to my house. The room has a velvet couch that converts into a full sized bed. The bed is extremely comfy with its 2" topper. It will be ready as a bed upon arrival & is easy to convert into a couch. There is a desk, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee, utensils, plates, bowls, washer/dryer & detergent.

Or, take a short walk in this lively neighborhood to, beaches, dog beach, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, shopping, a playground, or a dog park.

This mid-century modern jewel offers one of the best views in San Diego while still being walking distance (9 blocks) to the beach. You'll get a 1 bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, living room with a futon couch (suitable for only one adult or two kids). I live upstairs and have a deck so you get your own private deck below me with a firepit and jacuzzi. Perfect place for a couple (or possibly a family with 2 small children).
