Welcome to one of five Blue Zones! Casa Tranquila is a BRAND NEW villa in the hills of Samara. This contemporary villa offers a chef's kitchen, a private pool, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main area, as well as both bedrooms, are air conditioned. There is a covered dining area, a daybed with shade, and an outdoor shower. High teak ceilings were used in the home's architecture to promote airflow and natural light. The house has a designated workspace making it perfect for remote work.

Tiene toda la comodidad que necesita: una cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado (en los habitaciones), WIFI, TV y lavadora. Renovado en enero de 2020, el espacio está bien cuidado. Todos los restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y supermercados están a poca distancia.
