This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
