This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

Original brick walls surround you with exposed beams, warm finishes, a copper kitchen sink, and a digital rain shower with body jets. Furnished with a king size bed, oversized leather chesterfield chair and a couch with a full size memory foam sleeper bed. You won't want to leave!

We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.

Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance.
