Enjoy the fire pit above the rear patio overlooking the upper vineyard, enjoy with wine while watching grapes grow! This gorgeous villa is secluded while still close enough to hop into Monterey or Carmel.

The newly renovated Highlands House is located in the heart of the River Road Wine Trail. The stunning backdrop of the Santa Lucia Highlands and breathtaking views of the Salinas Valley farmland promise an unforgettable getaway. The surrounding vineyard along with the adjacent Pessagno Winery & Tasting Room will complete your wine country experience. Driving proximity to beautiful Carmel / Valley and Monterey with great dining and attractions provides the best Monterey County has to offer.

Barlocker's Rustling Oaks Ranch - The Studio

The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway. The ranch studio apartment includes two twin beds, a full bath, and half kitchen. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval from the on-site manager. No pets are to be left unattended. There is a pet fee $25 per night (that will be collected upon arrival). We offer a 12x12 dog kennel. Gardeners come early TUESDAY MORNINGS

Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

A Comfortable Residential House in Quiet Community

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
