Bonito apartamento, luminoso, tranquilo, espacioso, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Los muebles son nuevos (enero de 2024). Podrá aprovechar el balcón amueblado para desayunar, por ejemplo. A big plus: underground parking (EUR 15 per night). It is ideal for a couple. We speak English, French, and German. We will be happy to welcome you in Nice! For late arrivals (after 10pm) we charge 100 euros. Cleaning fee is 50 euros.
