Weather permitting you can go kayaking, paddle boarding.(Kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat Only for staying guests. Lake is electric motors only. There is a shared Gazebo on the lake. we also have picnic tables. Swimming is great, perfect for little ones water is shallow and warmer, sandbox ava(2 pet max) Dogs welcome, must be leashed.( No aggressive breads, no cats allowed).Pets cannot be left unattended

Updated cozy Pinconning getaway, ideally located near Saginaw Bay, Saganing Eagles Landing Casino (8 miles away), and local favorites like Bittersweet Quilt Shop, Northwoods Wholesale Outlet, and the town’s iconic cheese shops just blocks from the home. With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. Linwood Beach Cabin Rentals

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

Modern home with backyard chickens. 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Coffee and breakfast bread included. No pets, please.
